Cordell began his acting career in 2019, in the earlier years of his life before this, he was mainly focused on athletics. He played a variety of sports growing up but showed the most talent with football, even earning himself many accolades in highschool as well as several Division I scholarships to play at the highest collegiate level. After playing  for 3 years, he decided that sports were no longer his true calling and began to pursue a career in acting and filmmaking. Starting off with small roles in short independent films and commercial work, Cordell eventually moved to New York City where he studied film and television acting at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts and now currently resides.
